The service is poor. The host should rather ensure that she look after her guests in terms of service delivery and not give advice in a medical field where she don’t have eny experience in.
She should focus on the things that is important.
The WiFi connection is very poor, signal is weak and drop out every few seconds.
There was no hot water in the morning.
When I complained about it, she replied that she has switched it on.
She said I must use another appartement to shower. I looked around and didn’t see any open appartement, the host expected from me to walk outside in the open to look for a open apartment , which I am not prepared to do.
An hour later the water was still cold, so I took a cold showers and packed up and go.
No apologies from the host, nothing.
If you want the basics, internet and a got shower, don’t stay here, take my advice.
