Port Nolloth is a small West Coast harbour town where you can hear the voice of the sea calling to you. A walk around town, past old buildings that show the mark of the winds and the rain, leaves one tinged by melancholy. The harbour entrance is both too narrow and too shallow to be suitable for ore carriers and small-scale diamond recovery and crayfishing are the main sources of income of the people.
